heh, i just cast on a jumper for trent and felt pretty good about it and then i read the bit that says ‘continue until piece measures 17 inches’ and i remembered what i love about socks. sigh.

You lucky girl having someone who can help knit the boring bits. I hate knitting sleeves too & that’s why I don’t knit garments just vests!
