It’s school holidays here. (Yes again!)
Yesterday Em and I went out and ran some errands and did some shopping. When we got home we found this.

Someone went into Em’s bedroom and pinched a chocolate egg, unwrapped it, and ate half of it. The teethmarks are being used to forensically track the thief.
There is a suspect being questioned.

She is protesting her innocence.

  1. Harki and Peri say they were at home: perhaps it was Choc Berry, or Choc Norris, or even Choc Connors!!! It couldn’t have been Twinkie, because rabbits don’t eat chocolate!!

  2. At least the culprit was smart enough to remove the wrapper instead of eating it too. Heh, can you imagine if she’d ate the wrapper, then dropped little wrapped pellets how funny that would be! Yes I know, I’m weird.

  3. I think you should reward the (alleged) offender for being clever enough to unwrap the egg first!! (and for not overindulging and eating the whole thing at once!)

  4. Hi! I found your blog the other day and have been reading the archives, lol! Your blog is really inspiring! 😀 In fact, i started a blog of my own, because i thought it would help me to get my projects done. 😀
    So thanks for the inspiration!
Twinkie is so funny, but definitely super cute. 🙂

  5. She wrestled it away from the wild rabbits, who were giving her a bad name. (I was going to say squirrels, but I’m not sure you have them in Australia?).

  6. ohhh you’re too funny…you’re killing me! no seriously that is funny! I wish I had someone to blame for eating all the easter eggs….I figure it needs to be eaten….
I’m going down to you lovely exhibition on sunday morning so what a shame I’ll miss you! I figure if i drive first thing in the morning we get keira’s nap in as well

    Corrie:)

  7. Seriously, with a face like that she doesn’t have to protest her innocence……she’s got that ‘butter wouldn’t melt’ look down pat.

  8. I remember when Nibbles was still with us, I would find empty Lindt truffle wrappers on the floor. The deal is that they were on my nightstand, so she would jump on the bed, lounge on my pillow, and grab the chocolate. Silly girls my bunners are!
