It’s my birthday next week. This year, I really do turn 35. Last year I told everyone I was turning 35, but then David pointed out that I was actually only turning 34. Jeez, you think I’d take a year off, wouldn’t you?

It calls for Alpaca Yarn Co. Suri Elegance, but that’s just a tad out of my current budget, so I think I’m going to use Misti Baby Alpaca instead.
Donni gave me an early birthday gift, too.

Can you guess what we bought on Sunday? We’re currently awaiting the delivery truck. Of course, the other end of the living area looks like this.
The truck is supposed to be here by 3pm. I just know they’re going to show at 2.55pm. I can’t even sit down in front of the TV and knit while I wait!

Oh, no! They haven’t delivered yet? If it were this household, they’d have a hopping mad red-head on the phone with them (that would be the hubby). For some odd reason, he manages to get all kinds of results when he puts his mind to it–and there are times I would love to be the fly-on-the-wall watching it all! Lol!

My birthday is late in the year so I always told people I was turning a year older than I really was so that by the time my birthday rolled around I added a year again! Very confusing–but it happens because I’m old!
Hope your new funiture has arrived. We once went a week without a couch…got a little tired of sitting on the floor.
