Not much else going on. I ordered “The Knitters Handy Book of Patterns” back on August 10. I wish it would hurry up and get here! I need inspiration, I’m becoming stalled on my current projects. I’m not enjoying the Making Waves socks as much as I enjoyed the Cloverleafs. They flew off the needles, because I really had fun knitting them, but the Waves are taking much longer.
I felt the same way about the Making Waves socks, and I don’t really know why. I love the way they look, I just didn’t enjoy knitting them nearly as much as the Cloverleafs. I think yours are beautiful, and you will probably enjoy them too after they are finished.
I’m glad you like my funky chicken. You should make one. You’d be able to crank it out in no time!
