And yet another FO!

No head, I’m having a bad head day again! I kept saying “Hurry up, Em!”, and without fail, eerytime I talked she took the picture, so I ended up looking pretty silly!!
I stayed up quite late last night to finish it. I am pretty happy with it, just a few things. I wish I’d made it bigger. I tend to wear cardigans and jackets quite big, and this isn’t as big as I’d like. DH assures me it looks fine, but to me I looked a bit stumpy. Ah, body image 😉
I made the Large, and got the kit from Peace Fleece, the colour is Blueberry Borscht. The kit comes with enough yarn to make the biggest size, although I think their yardages are off. The pattern said 5 1/4 skeins, Renada was spot on when she left a comment saying pretty much exactly 6 skeins. I was left with around 15 yards from the sixth skein.
The cardi itself is lovely, a little itchy for directly against the skin, but I think it’s too bulky to wear much under it. Personal preference, I guess.
Overall, I enjoyed the knit, love the yarn, love the colour, and will no doubt wear it to death!! 🙂
